She is efficient and cheerful and very informative, and what really sold me was when I brought in my 90 year old father in law who has severe memory problems and Carrie was so patient and thorough making sure he understood everything and was completely satisfied with his hearing aid settings. Thank you, ma'am. We need more like you!
